E. van Wijk Group acquires Exalto Transport
February 14, 2025 – The E. van Wijk Group has acquired Exalto Transport from Brakel, a specialist in exceptional and special transport. This strategic acquisition expands the special transport division within the E. van Wijk Group, which began in 2021 with the acquisition of Ryano Logistics. Exalto Transport is a leading international player in specialized transport for the infrastructure sector and heavy industry.

Exalto Transport was founded in 1995 by Eljo and Monique Exalto and has grown into a renowned transport company specializing in exceptional transport. Based in Brakel, where operations will continue in the coming years, the company provides tailor-made solutions for special transport throughout Europe.
