E. van Wijk Group joins forces: Ryano Logistics and Eljo Exalto Transport to continue as E. van Wijk Exalto
Giessen – 15 December 2025 – The E. van Wijk Group announces that, as of 1 January 2026, Ryano Logistics and Eljo Exalto Transport will continue together under one new name: E. van Wijk Exalto. This strategic merger is the next step in the expansion and strengthening of the logistics group’s exceptional and special transport division. The new organization will continue to operate fully as an independent business unit within the E. van Wijk Group.
The announcement follows the acquisition of Eljo Exalto Transport in February 2025, a strong player in exceptional and special transport for the infrastructure sector and heavy industry. This further expanded the special transport division, after the E. van Wijk Group had already added Ryano Logistics to the organization in 2021.
Joining forces in special and exceptional transport
With the integration of Eljo Exalto Transport and Ryano Logistics, a stronger, more complete and more recognizable brand is created within this specialized market segment. The expertise of both companies is combined within one organization, while maintaining the high-quality services for which they are known.
